The Site is operated by Filip Yabukarski (“I”, “me”, “my”).

Email subscription: When you subscribe, I collect:

I do not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site.

The Site is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace and the Site may automatically collect technical and usage data, such as:

  • IP address

  • Browser, device, and network information

  • Pages viewed and time spent on pages

  • Referring/exit pages and general site usage data

  • Cookies or similar technologies (where enabled)

This information is generally used for website operation, security, and analytics.

3) How I use information

I use the information described above to:

  • Squarespace (hosting and analytics): Squarespace processes data needed to host, operate, secure, and provide analytics for the Site.

  • Font providers: The Site may load fonts via Google Fonts and/or Adobe Fonts. When your browser loads these resources, those providers may receive technical information such as IP address and browser/device details.

These providers operate under their own privacy policies.

6) How I share information

I do not sell your personal information.

I may share information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers: With vendors that help operate the Site (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), solely to provide their services.

  • Contact form messages: generally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted, unless a longer retention is necessary to resolve an issue, comply with legal obligations, or protect the Site.

I take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk.

10) Your rights and choices

11) Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. The Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact me and I will take steps to delete it.
